Food contaminated with bacteria especially E. coli or any other type of food poisoning can take you to green stool color. Try to avoid stale or contaminated food. If you observe green color stool for more than three days with fever and abdominal cramps, then consult a doctor immediately.
Mineral oil lubricates the stool, thereby facilitating smooth passage of stool and lowering the risk of injury to the rectum and/or anus. It is recommended that mineral oil be consumed at bedtime. In severe cases, it can be consumed with hot water. Don't expect instant results. Expect bowel movement only after 6 to 8 hours of taking mineral oil.
Along with fiber, even Omega-3 fatty acids work as natural stool softener. They help in preventing constipation and providing relief from its discomfort. The foods that fall under this category are walnuts, canola, tofu, salmon, sardines, herring, mackerel, flax seed, and tuna. These foods help in cleaning and toning the intestines along with softening stool.
One of the first things that you should think about would be the type of material that they are made out of. You can get bar stools that are just plain wood for the seat and backs, leather, or any other material that you like. Having plain wooden bar stools would be fairly uncomfortable but you can always add cushions to make them more comfortable. When choosing what type of material you want you should think about how easy it would be to clean. If you have kids or pets in your house you might want to think about getting something that is fairly easy to clean up like vinyl and stay away from cloth.
